PROCESSING TIME
Orders ship from Melbourne, Australia. The current processing time is 1-5 business days. Please allow additional time during peak shopping seasons.

STICKER-ONLY ORDERS (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)
To minimise your shipping costs, orders containing only sticker sheets are shipped as untracked letter mail via Australia Post. Refunds or replacements are not available for lost or damaged packages shipped without tracking. For peace of mind, we recommend choosing tracked shipping.
Domestic Shipping
• Untracked Letter mail: Flat rate AUD 4.95
• Tracked Letter mail: Flat rate AUD 6.95
• Delivery time: 2-12 business days
International Shipping
• Untracked Letter mail: AUD 5.5
• Over 20 Sheets: Orders may be split into two letters.
• Tracked Parcel Post: Available at checkout with no order limit.
• Delivery time: 10-25 business days.

• Delivery Time: 6-25 business days.

UK & EU CUSTOMERS
Due to VAT laws, we are unable to accept orders from these regions through our website. However, you can still order stickers directly from our website. For other items, please contact us directly, and we’ll create a custom listing for you on Etsy for you. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
