Refund policy

We only accept refunds, replacements, or returns for products that are faulty or have been incorrectly packed. Please note that many of the products from 1521 STUDIO contain a handmade element. While we take great care to ensure that every detail of our products is perfect before shipping, slight imperfections may occasionally occur. If you encounter any issues or detect any significant defects in your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns of faulty items that are not in their original condition or packaging. Additionally, the customer may be responsible for covering the cost of return delivery. To ensure that your return is approved, please refrain from sending your items back without contacting us first.

Be sure to include your order details and photos showing the defect, as this will help us better understand the problem from your perspective.

Please note that once your order has been packed or shipped, cancellation of payment is not available.

Untracked Shipping
To minimise your shipping cost, we only ship sticker orders that consist solely of sticker sheet(s) via Australia Post without tracking. Please note that we cannot offer any refunds or replacements for lost or damaged packages without tracking. For your peace of mind and to ensure the safe delivery of your package, we highly recommend choosing tracked shipping.
