All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Our current processing time is 2–12 business days. Please allow additional processing time during peak shopping seasons and sale periods.
● All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
● For tracked orders, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
● Delivery timeframes are estimated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.
*Untracked Letter Mail does not include tracking. We are unable to provide replacements or refunds for lost or damaged untracked mail. For added peace of mind, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping option.

Due to VAT requirements, most products are currently unavailable for direct purchase through our website for customers in the UK and EU.

Order Issues
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order, or if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, depending on the circumstances. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
We do not accept cancellations or changes once an order has been prepared for shipment or shipped.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. International delivery generally takes 6–25 business days, depending on the shipping method selected. Delivery timeframes are estimates only, and delays may occur due to postal services, customs processing, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For delayed or missing packages that have already arrived in the destination country, we recommend contacting your local postal service first for additional tracking or delivery information. A missing parcel enquiry may need to be lodged directly with the local postal service for further investigation. We will do our best to assist where possible.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an uncollected parcel, refusal to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, or a refused delivery, additional shipping fees will apply if you would like the order to be re-shipped.
Alternatively, if you choose not to have the order re-shipped, the returned items will be inspected once received. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Other
Our ceramics are handmade in small batches and are exclusively available at our market events, where you can see, touch, and experience each piece in person.
We do not offer custom orders, personalised inserts, or additional customisation beyond the options available in our product listings.
